I am selling my house for the first time. Troy Ross took care and patience with me in this process. Troy was very willing to explain so many things to me along the way. I didn't understand some of the processes, even after he explained it. I didn't always understand. He was very patient and broken it down so I did understand it. He never wanted to leave me without my having a complete understanding.

He was very personable , easy going, and never any high pressure tactics. He gave me time to make my decision, on whatever it was. Troy always had solutions, sometimes multiple solutions to any problem that I encountered. I always felt Troy really cared about me, not just another client. Troy was always professional and upfront, ever any surprises or secrets. There was no last minute oops , I forgot to tell you. He is very honest.
